Privacy policy

Account data: email address, name or handle, password hash, sign-in method and session records.

Purchase data: items bought, amounts, currency, order and entitlement records, refund status, and shipping name and address for physical items. Card details go directly to Stripe; we only ever see a payment reference and the card's last digits where Stripe exposes them.

Free-download leads: the name, email address and marketing-consent choice you submit to receive a free guide, with the time of submission.

Creator and studio content: uploads, takes, mixes, artwork, text and project metadata you place on the platform.

Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and error or security logs generated when you use the site.

We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not sell personal data.

Contract: creating your account, taking payment, delivering downloads and entitlements, shipping physical items, and providing support.

Consent: marketing and promotional email, which is always optional and separately ticked. You can withdraw it at any time.

Legitimate interests: keeping the platform secure, preventing fraud and abuse, and understanding aggregate usage to improve the product.

Legal obligation: tax, accounting and payment records we are required to keep.

Service email — receipts, download links, order and account notices — is part of the service you asked for and is sent whether or not you opted into marketing; it cannot be unsubscribed while your account is active, though you may close your account. Marketing email requires your opt-in, comes from info@rilivo.io, identifies us as the sender, and carries a working unsubscribe link in every message. Payment and billing help is sent from support@rilivo.io, and replies route to rilivohq@outlook.com.

We use vetted processors under data-processing agreements: Stripe (payments and fraud checks), our cloud database, storage, authentication and hosting providers, and our email delivery provider. Some are located outside your country; transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard. Processors may use your data only to provide their service to us.

Account, order and entitlement records are kept while your account is active and then for as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically seven years). Free-download leads are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, and reviewed at least every three years. Security and error logs are kept for up to twelve months. Creator content is kept until you delete it or close your account.

Data is encrypted in transit, paid files live in protected storage reachable only through short-lived signed links tied to a verified purchase, and database access is restricted by row-level security so you can only read your own records. No system is perfectly secure; we notify affected users and regulators where a breach requires it.

You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, a portable export, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of marketing consent. Email support@rilivo.io and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may also complain to your data protection authority, and Canadian residents may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. We will not penalise you for exercising these rights.
