Beats are licensed, not sold. You receive the usage rights described on the licence you purchase; the producer keeps ownership of the underlying composition and master unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Producers warrant they hold the rights to what they upload and RILIVO acts only as the marketplace — uncleared samples, interpolations, and third-party recordings remain the uploader's responsibility.
