Producer terms

By publishing a beat you confirm you wrote and own it, that every sample, interpolation and third-party recording in it is cleared, and that your licence description is accurate. You keep ownership of the composition and master; buyers receive only the usage rights stated on the licence. RILIVO is the marketplace, not the rights owner, and uncleared material stays your responsibility — listings may be removed and payouts held where a rights complaint requires it.
